Founded by a software engineer who found joy in the meticulous craft of perfecting every roast, our journey started with the desire to enjoy exceptional coffee at home. The garage soon filled with the rich aroma of freshly roasted beans, and before long, friends and family caught wind of the passion—and the flavor.

Now rooted in Dallas, Texas, we’ve brought that same dedication to the heart of the DFW area, where we noticed an opportunity to bridge the gap for specialty coffee lovers.
